Hidden Brook Antiques guarantees all items as represented. We try to describe all items thoroughly to disclose any damage to avoid returns. If it is determined that the item is to be returned, we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item. The item must be returned within 7 working days from the date it was shipped. There will be a full refund less shipping and insurance only if the item is returned in the same condition as originally shipped.
